In Mendoza, Argentinië, nabij de bergen van de Andes begeeft Salentein zich letterlijk en figuurlijk op eenzame hoogte. De visie van Salentein is duidelijk: wijn maken van hoge klasse, toegewijd aan de grond waar de druif vandaan komt. Het wijnhuis werkt enkel met biologische principes en gebruikt smeltwater uit het Andesgebergte voor irrigatie van de wijngaarden.

In Mendoza, Argentina, near the mountains of the Andes, Salentein is literally and figuratively at a lonely height. Salentein’s vision is clear: to make high class wine, dedicated to the soil from which the grape comes. The winery only works with biological principles and uses meltwater from the Andes mountains for irrigation of the vineyards.
