Cash / Card Payments on the night
We request all payments to be made via Card / Contactless.
Can I bring my own food? Or will there be food at the event?
This event is all about supporting the local businesses and the wineries.
So you cannot bring your own food or drinks in.
There is catering on-site, where you can choose from a variety of different food from various caterers.
Vegans, Gluten Free & Vegetarians are all catered for.
Can I bring drinks?
You are not permitted to bring your own alcohol on the night; this is due to the licensing.
No alcohol may be brought into the event area. Bags are subject to search and alcoholic drinks will be confiscated. You will not be able to pick this up when you leave.
Can I smoke?
If you wish to smoke, including e-cigarettes, you need to leave the area and will be readmitted afterwards.
In areas where smoking is permitted, please be courteous to other audience members.
Are children allowed?
Unfortunately, due to our venue license and insurance, we are unable to allow entry to under 18s, including babies.

Can't attend any longer?
If you cannot attend your event, please get in touch at [email protected] and we may be able to offer you an alternative date to attend another event – subject to availability.
Please note this is not guaranteed. You can also give your ticket to someone else and we can swap the names on the ticket.
Event Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, your tickets will be refunded, with the exception of the non-refundable ticket booking fee imposed by our ticketing platform and any processing fees charged by the card companies.

Entry and tickets
Please bring your ticket and your ID, making sure it matches the name on the ticket.
Tickets will be scanned via contactless scanners that work on paper and digital tickets.
You will have received a couple of emails from us. Please check your spam and junk folders, or search for “London Wine Festival”, “LWF” or “[email protected]”.
Bar - Challenge-25 Policy
Alcohol cannot be sold to anyone under 18 years of age.
The Bar operates a Challenge 25 Policy. If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you purchase alcohol.
Please ensure you bring photo ID to show you are over 18.
Dog Policy
The only dogs permitted at the London Wine Festival are assistance dogs.
Are there still places for wineries or partners?
We have a few spots still available at this time though space is becoming limited quickly.
