You decide on how you’d like to make the stand look. Bring your own ice buckets, branded gear, tablecloths, coasters, or anything you like. One thing to remember on your own stand is how big a stand you want, and then you need to think about staffing it.

The sizes of stands:

1. Intimate– this is about 1.5m by 3m in size. From £1500
2. Boutique – this is about 2.5m by 2.5m in size. From £3000
3. Opulent – Go Big! Even greater visibility to consumers, trade and media alike. These are anything from 3m x 3m upwards to 18m x 5m and 23m x 7m. From £4000

All you need to do here is provide the wine. We will have a LWF bar for smaller vineyards who may not have the budgets to afford their own stand. 

One thing to bear in mind is our bars will feature multiple brands so you’ll be amongst company.

But you don’t need to worry about staffing.
