We are thrilled that you’re considering joining us for the London Wine Festival, and before we delve into the pricing details, there are a few important aspects we’d like to discuss.

For those who become part of the London Wine Festival (LWF), we see you as valuable partners. Our vision involves promoting your brand, sharing your content, conducting interviews, and disseminating any useful information across all our channels. Our ultimate aim is to ensure that you gain substantial value from this collaboration, with the hope that you’ll join us again in the future.

You’ve Got Questions, We’ve Got Answers

Your own stand, or showcase your wine at one of our "Continental" bars

We’re going about this in a slightly different way compared to other events. 

There are two options to showcase your wines – either at one of our main continental bars, where you can showcase anything from 2 wines up to 10 wines or you can have your own stand at the event, within one of our “Continental” zones.

Those being Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australia and Europe. Should there be many wineries from one continent, we’ll then break that zone down further by country or specialisms. 


How much does this cost?

For anyone who joins us, we’ll be including all social media activity, where we will share content about your winery or brand, ideally, we’d love to do some interviews with you, and any offers you may have with our audience directly.

Our goals are the London Wine Festival are to support vineyards to reach new customers, and let our audiences experience new wines they may not have heard of or seen before.

We also want to ensure you come back, and the attendees come back, year after year.

To do this, firstly we want to make sure you, the wineries have an amazing time, but also that  you see the value in joining.

We realise wineries attend many events, and some see the value only based on their sales of the day. Which being marketers ourselves, we disagree with. As attending events is all about showcasing your wines and letting people try them. 

However where we do see huge value, is by ensuring our audiences who are attending, remember their preferred wines of the night, and then they know where they can purchase these after the event, and not just the week after the event, but in the months after the event.

We’re delighted you’re thinking about joining us at the London Wine Festival and before we get into pricing, there are a couple of things to run through.

There are two options available at the London Wine Festival.

  1. Have your wine(s) within one of our main LWF Bars, amongst other wines.
  2. Have your own space/area

There's a flat fee per bottle of wine to have your wine(s) on our main bar, and if you'd like your own area, this is priced at £378 per sq m as an empty space and you can build your own stand, or we can build this for you for £485 per sq mon the left are linked together and the changes are reflected in the other one as you type! smiley
